Check-in:<\/strong>
\nYou can check in to the hotel from 3 pm. Earlier check-in is possible upon request.
\nUpon your arrival, please provide a valid ID. We accept the following IDs:
\n\u2013 Passport
\n\u2013 ID card
\n\u2013 Driver\u2019s licence
\nIn order to check in, the person to be accommodated shall fill in a registration card. All registration cards must be completed legibly and signed by the hotel guest. The hotel may decline to accommodate a guest who does not fill in the registration card properly.<\/p>\n

The hotel does not check in:
\n<\/strong>\u2013 people whose behaviour may disturb other guests;
\n\u2013 minors without accompanying adults.<\/p>\n

Paying:
\n<\/strong>Upon arrival, guests must pay the fee for accommodation according to the issued invoice. The hotel services used during the stay must be paid for at check-out, at the latest. Our hotel accepts all standard international credit and debit cards.<\/p>\n

Check-out:<\/strong>
\nWe kindly ask you to leave your hotel room by 12 pm, at the latest. Later check-out may be possible upon earlier request. Every additional hour after 12 pm costs 10 euros. Upon check-out, guests must return the room key and spa wristband, and pay for all the received services. The fine for losing or not returning the spa wristband is 25 euros.<\/p>\n

Smoking at the hotel:<\/strong>
\nESTONIA Medical Spa & Hotel follows the principles of a smoke-free hotel. Smoking is forbidden in the hotel and on the balconies. Smoking is only allowed outside the hotel. The fine for smoking is 100 euros.<\/p>\n

Pets at the hotel:<\/strong>
\nWhen booking your hotel room, please inform the hotel staff if you plan to stay with a pet. Pets are only allowed in certain hotel rooms and with a prior booking. Pets cannot be taken to the catering areas or areas that are not safe for them (slippery surfaces, steep declines, risk of drowning, etc.). Pet owners are to pay an extra fee and follow the\u00a0pet owner\u2019s guide<\/u><\/a>. Pet owners are also responsible for any damages (both material and health-related) caused by their pet.<\/p>\n

Maintaining of public order:<\/strong>
\nAll requirements for maintaining public order, peace and the avoidance of contamination are valid at the hotel. The hotel will inform either its security workers or the police of all breaches of public order. The hotel staff may ask any hotel guest(s) causing a disturbance leave the hotel and its premises. Upon leaving, the guest must pay for the booked accommodation and additional services.<\/p>\n

Quiet hours:<\/strong>
\nQuiet hours at the hotel start at 11 pm and last until 7 am. Disturbing other people with sound, light, mechanical, electronic devices or alike are considered a disturbance. In the event of a disturbance, the staff may involve either the security workers or the police. The staff may also ask the guest leave the hotel and its premises. Upon leaving, the guest must pay for the booked accommodation and additional services. In the event of a disturbance, the hotel may fine the guest to cover for the damages. The fine is 50 euros per call, depending on the level of the disturbance.<\/p>\n

Guest\u2019s responsibility upon causing damage:<\/strong>
\nAs a guest, you are responsible and obligated to follow the established rules. You are responsible for the damages you or your guest may have caused either intentionally or unintentionally in the hotel room or in the public areas of the hotel. The hotel has a right to require that the guest pay for the material damages caused. The basis for the extent of the compensation is the direct damage caused, which shall be added to other expenses related to the rectifying of the damage.<\/p>\n
