GENERAL CONDITIONS<\/h3>\n

  1. Booking<\/strong>
    \n\u2013\u00a0<\/span><\/span> Confirmation of the number of people and the price will be included in the booking confirmation that will be sent to your e-mail.
    \n\u2013\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Extra bed is available only for children up to 14 years (incl.), the request for an extra bed will be confirmed in 24h on working days by a separate e-mail.<\/li>\n
  2. Age limit<\/strong>
    \n\u2013 Child age limit is up to 14 years (incl.)<\/span>
    \n\u2013 <\/span>For guests without adult company, there is an 18 year old age restriction.<\/li>\n
  3. Check-in and check-out times<\/strong>
    \n\u2013 <\/span>Check-in starts at 15:00 o’clock, check-out time is latest 12:00 o’clock.
    \n\u2013\u00a0<\/span>The rooms beyond this time can be used with the hotel’s agreement and for extra charge.<\/li>\n
  4. Group reservations<\/strong>
    \n\u2013 <\/span>Reservations of 6 and more rooms are considered as group reservations
    \n\u2013 <\/span>Deadline for group reservations rooming list is 4 working days before arrival (clients\u2019 given and family names, room category, bookings of additional services etc.).
    \n\u2013 To guarantee the room charges for personal extra services\u00a0of each guest in the hotel, credit card details are required in check-in.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    PAYMENT<\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Cash and card payment<\/strong>
      \nThe payment for the reservation must be made latest on arrival to the hotel. It is possible to pay in cash or with a debit or credit card.<\/li>\n
    2. Credit card payment<\/strong>
      \nEstonia Spa Hotels accepts payment by the following credit card companies: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.<\/li>\n
    3. Invoice policy<\/strong>
      \nAn invoicing agreement has to be made latest 4 working days (Monday to Friday, except public holidays) in advance.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS for reservations with accommodation up to\u00a05 rooms<\/h3>\n
        \n
      1. Room Holding Policy
        \n<\/strong>The hotel will hold the room until 6:00 PM on the arrival date. If the guest has not arrived by this time and has not informed the hotel of a later arrival, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without contacting the guest and make the room available for resale.<\/li>\n
      2. Free Cancellation
        \n<\/strong>The reservation can be cancelled free of charge no later than 3:00 PM, 48 hours before the arrival date<\/strong>.
        \nExample: If the arrival date is 15 July, the reservation can be cancelled free of charge no later than 3:00 PM on 13 July.
        \nReservations made under special offers and promotional campaigns are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective offer.<\/li>\n
      3. Late Cancellation or No-Show
        \n<\/strong>If the reservation is cancelled after the free cancellation deadline or the guest fails to arrive, the hotel reserves the right to charge the cost of the first night. For reservations guaranteed by credit card, the hotel may charge the cost of the first night to the credit card.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS for reservations with accommodation from 6\u00a0or\u00a0more rooms<\/h3>\n

        1. Changes of up to 10% in confirmed reservation volume are possible up to 4 working days before arrival.<\/li>\n
        2. In the case of changes of more than 10% in confirmed reservation volume, we reserve the right to claim compensation for the price of unused services:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

          The Hotel reserves the right to apply stricter booking and cancellation policies during periods of high demand and for large bookings from 70 rooms or more, and for special offers, in which case\u00a0the information is presented with each reservation confirmation by e-mail.<\/p>\n

          MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS OF RESERVATIONS WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION<\/h3>\n
            \n
          1. In case of reservations 10 and more guests, latest 14 days before arrival, we ask to send the following information:<\/span>
            \n\u2013 group menus and time schedule
            \n\u2013 group contact person\u2019s name and phone number, the person is responsible for additional orders during the event.<\/li>\n
          2. Latest 4 working days before arrival, we ask for specifications regarding invoicing, special diets etc.<\/li>\n
          3. Changes of up to 10% in confirmed reservation volume are possible up to 4 working days before arrival.<\/li>\n
          4. In the case of changes of more than 10% in confirmed reservation volume, we reserve the right to claim compensation for the price of unused services:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
