Sothys seasonal facial

Twice a year, as a change for regular treatment, Sothys develops a facial based on seasonal needs. At the end of the long winter, the skin looks tired. In spring, to start a new season, the skin needs to replenish its oxygen and vitamin reserves. In autumn and winter, with the cold, the skin needs more hydration and protection from low temperatures.
All seasonal facial products have a wonderful aroma of two fruits. Peeling, mask, and relaxing massage add brightness to the skin. A quick seasonal facial that enriches the skin with oxygen is a good change from regular treatments – your skin feels relaxed and fresh.

Sothys Cryo Eye treatment with porcelain spoons

The perfect salon treatment to brighten your eyes! This eye treatment reduces dark circles, puffiness and wrinkles. Suitable for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers. Special products (exfoliator, serum, massage cream, mask and eye cream) are designed specifically to tone and refresh the skin around the eyes. The treatment is carried out with the help of porcelain massage spoons developed by Sothys, which have a cooling and swelling-reducing effect.
We recommend coming for the eye treatment before or after events to get bright eyes and refresh tired look. For optimal results, you can also book three intensive treatment sessions (once a week).

Relaxing and purifying green tea treatment

The green tea treatment supports the body’s natural detoxification process, bringing the mind to a harmonious state of calm while reducing stress and mental fatigue. This treatment uses natural green tea oil, suitable for all skin types.

Green tea is rich in antioxidants and contains compounds that boost metabolism and support fat burning. The result is firmer, nourished, and silky-smooth skin. Additionally, green tea has restorative and anti-inflammatory properties.

Stages of the Treatment:

• Tension-relieving introduction – the massage therapist gently warms up the muscles and alleviates tension using kneading techniques through a towel.
•  Relaxing massage – green tea oil is applied to the whole body using circular and gliding massage techniques, with special focus on the neck and shoulders, where tension tends to accumulate the most.
• Cleansing exfoliation – gentle glove exfoliation removes dead skin cells, cleanses pores, stimulates blood circulation, and activates metabolism.
•  Final relaxation – a light massage with soft, soothing movements on the décolletage and face, ensuring a complete sense of well-being.

After the treatment, take a moment for yourselves and enjoy a cup of healing herbal tea in the lounge.

Hemp oil massage

Hemp oil massage offers a relaxing massage with hemp oil for the whole body. Hemp is one of the most ancient plants, which has been grown for centuries to get durable fiber and oil-rich seeds. When it is used externally, hemp has an anti-aging effect. Due to the vitamins and oils found in hemp seeds, hemp is perfect for moisturizing skin and, due to fatty acids in omega 3, is a very strong natural fatburner. It also relieves muscle strains formed after doing sports.

Rowanberry treatment with massage

Rowan is a powerful tree whose branches, leaves and berries are used in various protection and love related rituals. For Estonians, rowan has always been a symbol of perseverance and toughness. Rowan is even said to have the ability to make the old young again. Historically, rowanberries have primarily been used to relieve inflammations and rheumatism.

They have an overall strengthening and anti-inflammatory effect, act as strong antioxidants, cleanse the body of many residues and toxins, and stimulate the metabolism. The rowanberry treatment starts with a relaxing and tension-relieving massage, followed by a full body rowanberry scrub that gives you silky smooth skin.
