CONFERENCE CENTER 

The conference center is located on the first floor of the ESTONIA Resort Hotel & Spa. Hotel guests can access the conference center through the glass gallery located on the third floor of the hotel. All rooms have spacious windows and natural daylight.

All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with the latest technology. There is also free Wi-Fi and broadband internet access.

The room equipment includes:
– Rooms 1–4: TV 85″ computer connectable, speakers, paper, pens, flipchart, drinking water
– Club room 5: TV 60″ computer connectable, paper, pens, flipchart, drinking water
– Large hall 6: projector, electric scroll-down screen 4 x 2.5 m, screen 65″, sound system (ceiling speakers, amplifiers, 2 radio microphones, 2 lavalier microphones), 4 simultaneous interpretation booths, speaker, whiteboard 2 x 1.2 m, paper, pens, drinking water.

For an additional fee you can order: Catering, simultaneous interpretation equipment, additional microphones, modular stage, gala table, computers, additional sound and light equipment and technical service, printing and copying services, transfer, goods reception and storage service.
