The price includes:

- Authentic NEW YEAR’S EVE PARTY on 31.12.2025 at Restaurant NOOT starting at 19:00
- Rich buffet breakfast at Restaurant NOOT on 1.01.2026 from 8:00 to 11:30
- Access to the SPA & SAUN centre during the entire stay (open on 31.12 from 7:00 to 19:00)
- Use of the gym
- Bathrobes in the room and a bottle of Häädemeeste water as a welcome gift on the day of arrival
- For Suites and Family Rooms: minibar with light alcoholic and soft drinks included
- For Suite guests: Dead-Sea pool access and free parking at the hotel car park. Please inform the hotel about your wish for a parking space when making the reservation.

Booking conditions for the New Year’s Eve package:
- Until 23.11.2025, you can book the unforgettable New Year’s Eve party without prepayment – making your planning easy and stress-free.
- On 24.11.2025, a prepayment invoice will be sent to all guests who have booked the package. Payment deadline is 7 days (no later than 30.11.2025). If the invoice is not paid on time, the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation.
- Until 30.11.2025 (incl.), you can cancel your reservation without penalty. For cancellations after this date, the prepayment is non-refundable.
- For bookings made from 1.12.2025, immediate payment applies (invoice will be sent together with booking confirmation). If the invoice is not paid on time, the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation.

It will be possible to book seats for the New Year’s Eve party without accommodation from 1.12.2025, subject to availability.

175 €/guest from 15 years old
90 €/child 4-14 years (incl.), 0-3 years old free participation in the New Year’s Eve party, no table seat included (free participation means a highchair can be placed near parents upon request)
For New Year’s Eve bookings without accommodation, immediate payment applies (invoice will be sent together with confirmation). If the invoice is not paid on time, the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation.
