FIRE SAFETY

The hotel is equipped with state-of-the-art fire extinguishers and fire safety equipment. In case of fire, you will hear a constant alarm. Read the following fire safety instructions and acquaint yourself with the evacuation plan, which can be found at the exit of your room.

Fire safety instructions:
» Do not smoke in bed.
» When you leave your room, unplug all electrical appliances.
» Using personal electric radiators in hotel rooms is forbidden.
» If you notice smoke or fire, immediately inform the reception (call 13 550, free of charge if phoning from a mobile) or press the alarm button“ Fire ”in the hotel corridor.

If you hear the alarm, smell smoke or are given instructions for evacuation, do the following:
» Take your documents and your room card and leave the room.
» Before opening any doors, check whether the door is hot or whether there is smoke coming through the door.
» If there are no clear signs of threat in the corridor, leave your room and close the door but do not lock it.
» Move to the nearest exit, follow the evacuation plan and signs. You can find the evacuation plan on the wall next to the door in your room. In case of emergency, do not use elevators, they will be switched off.

If you cannot evacuate from your room, do the following:
» Close the door, but do not lock it.
» Inform the reception of your location and of the people with you (call +372 13 550, free of charge if phoning from a mobile), give your room number and the number of people in the room.
» Place wet towels under the door.
» Try to keep as close to the floor as possible and do not inhale the smoke; if possible, breathe through a wet towel.
