Booking conditions
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Booking
– Confirmation of the number of people and the price will be included in the booking confirmation that will be sent to your e-mail. Three days before the check-in date we send arrival details to all guests by e-mail.
– Extra bed is available only for children up to 14 years (incl.), the request for an extra bed will be confirmed in 24h on working days by a separate e-mail. - Age limit
– Child age limit is up to 14 years (incl.)
– For guests without adult company, there is an 18 year old age restriction. - Check-in and check-out times
– Check-in starts at 15:00 o’clock, check-out time is latest 12:00 o’clock.
– The rooms beyond this time can be used with the hotel’s agreement and for an extra charge. - Group reservations
– Reservations of 6 and more rooms are considered as group reservations
– Deadline for group reservations rooming list is 4 working days before arrival (clients’ given and family names, room category, bookings of additional services etc - To guarantee the room charges for the personal extra services of each guest in the hotel, credit card details are required in check-in.
PAYMENT
- Cash and debit card payment
The payment can be done in check-in with a debit or credit card or in cash.
Estonia Spa Hotels accepts payment by the following credit card companies: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. - Invoice policy
An invoicing agreement has to be made in advance during working days from Monday to Friday, except on Estonian public holidays. The hotel has the right to claim interest 0,05% per day in case exceeding the payment deadline.
MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS for reservations with accommodation up to 5 rooms
- Hotel room guarantee
The hotel is obligated to offer the guest a hotel room until 18:00 on the arrival day. If the guest has not canceled the booking or informed the hotel about the late arrival, the hotel is free to cancel the booking without contacting the guest. - All reservations are guaranteed if done by credit card, by prepayment, or cooperation agreement. The hotel will hold the guaranteed reservation until 07:00 in the morning after estimated arrival.
- Cancellation. Reservations can be canceled without penalties latest 48 hours before the arrival. In case of later cancellation or no-show, the hotel has the right to charge You the cost for the first night.
- No-show. Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation must be done before 18:00 on the arrival day. If the guest does not cancel before 18:00 or shows up the latest next day at 7:00, the hotel has a right to charge for the first night.
MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS for reservations with accommodation from 6 or more rooms
- Changes of up to 10% in confirmed reservation volume are possible up to 4 working days before arrival.
- In the case of changes of more than 10% in confirmed reservation volume, we reserve the right to claim compensation for the price of unused services:

The Hotel reserves the right to apply stricter booking and cancellation policies during periods of high demand and for large bookings from 70 rooms or more, and for special offers, in which case the information is presented with each reservation confirmation by e-mail.
MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS OF RESERVATIONS WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION
- In case of reservations 10 and more guests, latest 14 days before arrival, we ask to send the following information:
– group menus and time schedule
– group contact person’s name and phone number, the person is responsible for additional orders during the event. - Latest 4 working days before arrival, we ask for specifications regarding invoicing, special diets etc.
- Changes of up to 10% in confirmed reservation volume are possible up to 4 working days before arrival.
- In the case of changes of more than 10% in confirmed reservation volume, we reserve the right to claim compensation for the price of unused services:
