PETS

Please do not leave your pet unattended in your hotel room. If there is still a strong need to do so, please hang the “Don’t disturb” sign on your door. For safety reasons, please always leave your pet in a cage if you leave the room.

»   Always keep your pet on a leash when walking your pet on the hotel premises. Your pet`s droppings must be put in a plastic bag and thrown into the closed waste bin.
»    Please walk your pet outside the hotel parking area.
»   Pets cannot be brought to the spa, breakfast or restaurant.
»   The hotel has a right to require that a guest with a disturbing pet leave the hotel (eg, if a dog is constantly barking).
»   The hotel has a right to require that the pet owner cover any expenses related to damage caused by their pet, incl. an additional fee if your room needs a thorough cleaning (incl. dry cleaning).
»   Please inform reception if you would like the housekeeper to clean your room. There is no housekeeping without prior agreement. For the safety of the hotel staff, your pet cannot stay in the room during housekeeping.
»   When washing your pet`s paws, please use the special towels provided for paws.
»   Your pet can only stay in the room if it has been checked in.
»   The fee for pets is 25 EUR / night / pet. We have equipped your room with a water bowl, a towel for paws and little plastic bags.
