SPA & SAUNA good practice
Good practice and house rules at the Spa Centre SPA & SAUN
- Be sure to not exceed the visiting time of 3 hours.
- Be polite and considerate towards other visitors.
- Before visiting the spa centre, be sure to consider your skills and physical condition.
- SPA & SAUN will not be liable for damages, losses, injuries, etc. caused by a visitor’s negligence, carelessness, overestimation of their abilities, health issues or failure to comply with these rules, including failure to follow the instructions given by the staff.
- Do not come to the spa centre while under the influence of alcohol or drugs! The staff have the right not to sell a spa pass to a person in a state of intoxication.
- Children up to 14 years of age (incl.) may only visit the centre only when accompanied by an adult. Please keep an eye on your children and make sure that they are safe at all times. Adults are responsible for the safety of their children while in our spa!
- Bring your own towel or a towel from your hotel room. You can also rent a towel at the spa reception.
- In the locker room, be sure to close the locker door properly. The spa centre is not liable for any items left in lockers.
- Be sure to wear swimwear. Traditional swimwear is the best; we recommend avoiding shorts. Babies and children under 3 years of age must use swim nappies, which can be purchased at the spa reception.
- It is MANDATORY TO SHOWER without swimwear on before you enter the spa and pool area.
- The floors in the spa centre and outside terrace may be slippery. Do not hurry when walking, be careful and be sure to wear flip-flops! Flip-flops can be purchased at the spa reception.
- Do not bring food and drinks to the spa centre! You can buy cocktails, smoothies and soft drinks from our spa bar. The staff of the spa centre have the right to confiscate any food and drinks brought in.
- Be sure to drink enough water at the spa centre! There are two drinking water fountains at the spa area, so that you can conveniently drink free water any time.
- Jumping into the pool is not permitted!
- Smoking is prohibited at the spa centre and on the outside terrace!
- Using your own sauna whisk is not allowed! Sauna whisks can be purchased at the spa reception and can only be used in the WHISK sauna.
- It is not allowed to use honey, body scrubs and other such staining personal care products at the spa centre (incl. in saunas and showers).
- After every visit to a sauna, take a shower before going to the pool.
- In saunas, use the paper seat covers available by the sauna doors.
- It is prohibited to dye your hair and shave yourself in the locker rooms and in showers!
- Be careful not to lose your wristband. Should you lose it, inform the spa receptionist immediately. The fine for a lost wristband is 25 euros.
- When leaving the spa, put used towels in the barrel by the door and return the wristband to the spa receptionist. A hotel guest will return the wristband at the hotel reception when checking out.
- Use the property of the company with due care. The company has the right to demand full compensation for damages caused intentionally.
- The spa centre staff have the right to issue a warning to a guest who has breached the house rules, and cancel the spa pass without paying compensation.
- There is video surveillance in the water centre.
