Our visitors are welcome to enjoy wonderful sauna experiences under the guidance of an experienced sauna master! The Salt and Honey Ritual is now available at the spa centre TERMID.

On Fridays at 3:00 p.m., 4:30 p.m., 6:00 p.m., 7:30 p.m.
The spa centre has the right to change the schedule and will not guarantee that the rituals are available every week.

During the ritual, the sauna master will introduce sauna traditions and explain the positive effect of the interaction of honey, salt and hot steam on our bodies. The skin is exfoliated with salt to remove dead skin cells. This opens up the pores and prepares the skin for the nourishing moisturisation with honey. The rich properties of honey combined with the sauna steam nourish the skin deeply and leave it silky smooth and radiant.
